WP10 ensures the maintenance of the project framework throughout the project lifecycle and keeps high quality standards for the reporting and deliverables.
This work package is led and contributed to by the BIH/CHA and FPI.
The task
The project management team of Charité and Future Perfecto coordinates the overall project implementation to meet the project objectives within the agreed time, costs, and quality limits, including management of risks and corrective actions. It facilitates full synergy and effective interaction among all partners by managing the internal communication channels and the various committees.
The main tasks include:
- Project monitoring, control and reporting
- Coordination and management of all administrative, financial, and operational aspects
- Definition and update of the Data Management Plan together with all WP leads
