The task
WP9 brings together a diverse group of partners to engage with healthcare professionals, patient organisations, citizens, and policymakers across Europe. Activities will ensure awareness of the project, foster dialogue with key stakeholders, and support alignment with Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan and the Cancer Mission’s Quality of Life cluster.
WP9 includes stakeholder mapping, development of a Stakeholder Involvement Plan, regular stakeholder fora, and active collaboration with other EU-funded initiatives. It also encompasses a comprehensive communication and dissemination strategy, the rollout of digital communication tools and platforms, the creation of multilingual content tailored to various audiences, and the delivery of targeted outreach activities such as online workshops and policy engagement.
Expected results:
- A robust stakeholder engagement framework including annual stakeholder fora.
- A common communication and dissemination plan and suite of digital tools tailored to patients, professionals, and the public.
- An outreach strategy supporting training and adoption of the EU-CIP platform.
- Policy recommendations and a final outreach event to promote sustainability.
- Strong synergies with related projects and initiatives to enhance coherence and impact across the Cancer Mission landscape.
